• Accessible Approval Workflow: The approval app is accessible using standard SAP credentials, allowing users to view staging requests, approve or reject movements, and identify conflicts where different users have tagged the same asset in different locations.

• Integration with SAP Asset Master: Upon approval, asset movements are reflected in the SAP asset master, while rejected entries are cleared from the staging table.
