Overview

The Work Management Workbench is a fully customizable, SAP-embedded solution designed to script, automate, and simplify work management processes within SAP. It includes features for creating, updating, and deleting weekly workforce capacities (Capacity Maintainer), an advanced material search function (MaterialSearch), and enhanced selection criteria for displaying purchase orders (SCM Workbench).

​In environments where thousands of notifications and work orders are processed simultaneously, effective work management is essential. Many companies rely on complex processes and training materials, while users often depend on memory or manual guides for processing notifications, work orders, confirmations, and measurement documents.

  • User-Friendly Updates: Field values can be updated directly within the grid or through the Collaborit Enhanced Mass Change function, making data management efficient.

  • Capacity Load Management: Manage workload through a calendar grid for assigning work centers and scheduling operation dates, alongside a combined feedback screen for existing confirmations, new confirmations, Notification Catalogue Codes, and measurement documents.
