Overview

Collaborit’s Asset Cost and Lifecycle Manager is an end-to-end solution providing accurate and up-to-date budget, actual, commitment, and forecast figures for the full life cycle of your equipment, all based on SAP EAM planning and execution data. This solution enables precise budgeting and reporting on maintenance costs over an asset's life cycle by compiling budgets and forecasts from SAP Maintenance Plans and reporting the associated committed and actual costs from Maintenance Orders. It allows detailed mapping of these figures to the original budget, covering variables such as labor, material, contract costs, equipment utilization, and maintenance event frequencies to produce comprehensive Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) models. This significantly reduces the effort required for scenario simulations, budgets, and forecasts, facilitating proactive maintenance decisions and fund allocation adjustments.

This can be done by using existing SAP Plant Maintenance Technical Object Structures and Catalogues. The creation or updating of Task Lists with the RCM/FMECA outcomes is also possible.

Collaborit's RCM/FMECA Workbench, residing within SAP, leverages existing SAP Plant Maintenance Structures for seamless implementation and change control of maintenance tactics, featuring intuitive interfaces, drag-and-drop functionality, and a central repository for all RCM/FMECA activities. It enables Reliability Engineers and Maintenance Planners to capture, plan, and trace mitigating actions linked to Task Lists, Maintenance Plans, and Maintenance Items, while offering flexible multi-dimensional risk analysis and automatic generation of functions, failures, and failure modes using SAP master data.
