Technical Object Workbench

Collaborit’s Technical Object Workbench ensures the accurate creation and modification of Technical Objects, such as Functional Locations and Equipment, by adhering to predefined business rules. These rules encompass naming conventions, allowed field values, and structural logic, ensuring data consistency and integrity. Authorized users can draft changes, which are reviewed and approved by a master data controller before being applied to the active system. The workbench also audits existing data for rule violations, maintaining high data quality standards.

The intuitive user interface of the Technical Object Workbench simplifies the creation and editing of Technical Objects, offering a tree structure display for visual verification. Customizable business rules at the category level ensure accuracy, while mass creation and importing of Functional Locations and Equipment are facilitated through Microsoft Excel. Task List Workbench

Collaborit’s Task List Workbench streamlines the viewing and updating of multiple Task Lists within a single screen, featuring drag-and-drop functionality based on Work Order information. This solution emphasizes controlled creation, structuring, and maintenance of Task Lists by a master data controller to prevent duplication and ensure adherence to best practices and company standards. Users can log requests for updates from within the Work Order, which are then processed by the master data controller, who can view and manage all requests efficiently.

The Task List Workbench displays all related Task Lists and Work Order details on one screen, allowing easy modification or creation of Task Lists. It includes visibility of the entire Work Order, including header, operations, long text, components, services, and PRTs, facilitating seamless updates with drag-and-drop functionality. Upcoming features include Auto Log, which automatically logs requests when Work Orders are created without related Task Lists, and Auto Suggest, which searches and displays relevant Task Lists during reactive Work Order creation for user selection.

Bill of Material Workbench

Collaborit’s Bill of Material (BOM) Workbench allows users to efficiently view, create, and update multiple BOMs in a single screen using drag-and-drop functionality with Component lists from Work Orders. This approach ensures the integrity and accuracy of BOMs by centralizing the creation and maintenance process under the control of a master data controller, adhering to best practices and company standards to prevent unwanted duplication and errors.

Users can log requests for BOM updates from within the Work Order, which are then processed by the master data controller who can access all logged requests. The Workbench displays all related BOMs and Work Order Components on one screen, facilitating easy modifications or creation of new BOMs. Upcoming features include Auto Log functionalities that automatically log requests when new components are added to Work Orders without existing BOMs or when Material Masters are flagged for deletion or inactivation, ensuring that all BOMs and Task Lists using these materials are updated accordingly.
